PROMATIC BECOMES PLATINUM SPONSOR OF ISSF
British shooting manufacturer Promatic has joined the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) as a platinum-level sponsor, becoming part of an exclusive group of top-tier partners supporting the sport at the highest level.
The announcement was made last week by the ISSF, which praised Promatic’s longstanding contribution to competitive shooting. ISSF President Luciano Rossi said: “Promatic is at the heart of the shooting sport community, with many of its decision-makers being regular shooting sport athletes themselves, developing products they regularly use. We welcome Promatic on board with open arms and thank them for their trust and support in this era of renewal for the ISSF.”
Promatic is best known for its expertise in trap shooting, supplying clay target machines and related equipment used by athletes around the world, including Olympic champion Nathan Hales. The company also manufactures game simulation machines, radio release systems and a wide range of spares.
A Promatic spokesperson commented: “We are extremely excited to be entering our platinum partnership with the ISSF, highlighting how important Promatic is to competitive shooting around the world.
“The ISSF has been front and centre of regulated competition shooting for over 110 years, and have organised a plethora of competitions, which we at Promatic have been privileged to provide machines and equipment for some of those, since our inception.
We at Promatic thank the ISSF for their excellent support during this process, and are excited to help broaden the public perception of competitive shooting around the world.”
The new partnership forms part of a broader commercial strategy by the ISSF, which seeks to deepen relationships with leading brands in the sector. Existing platinum sponsors include Mattarelli, Beretta and Perazzi. The ISSF has also updated its sponsorship boards, physical branding and digital presence to offer greater visibility for its partners.
Looking ahead, the ISSF is exploring new channels for engagement, including virtual reality and esports, as well as initiatives focused on education and officiating to help raise global standards in competitive shooting.
