William Evans has confirmed it will consolidate its business operations at Bisley Camp in Surrey as its lease on the company’s London premises comes to an end in early 2026.
The company has traded from 67 St James’s Street, London, since 1944, after a bomb destroyed its previous premises at 63 Pall Mall during the Second World War. William Evans was founded in 1883 by William Evans, who previously worked for both James Purdey and Holland & Holland before establishing his own gunmaking business.
