CANIK AND CHIAPPA UNVEIL THE LTL SFX RIVAL
Canik has announced the launch of the LTL SFX Rival, a less-lethal handgun developed in cooperation with Italian manufacturer Chiappa. The model is a licensed replica of Canik’s SFX Rival pistol and has been designed to replicate the ergonomics and handling of the original platform while offering a non-lethal option for training, home defense and professional applications.
Powered by a 12g CO2 cartridge housed in the grip, the LTL SFX Rival fires .50-caliber hard rubber balls via a five-round manual loading system. The platform has been engineered for consistency and ease of use and will be offered in Standard and Competition variants. Both versions feature threaded barrels and will be available at different power levels depending on regional restrictions.
Canik General Manager Utku Aral said the product reflects a growing global interest in less-lethal tools and demonstrates the strength of the company’s partnership with Chiappa. The companies stated that the project brings together their experience in firearms engineering and product design to deliver a realistic and accessible alternative for civilian, security and law-enforcement users.
