JEFF GORDON RETURNS TO LEAD WINCHESTER AUSTRALIA
Winchester Australia general manager Clive Pugh will retire at the end of 2026 after 20 years with the business.
The company has appointed Jeff Gordon as general manager, effective 7 July, to support the transition. Gordon previously served as Winchester Australia’s sales and marketing director and most recently worked as facility manager at NIOA Munitions, overseeing the transformation of its defense manufacturing operation.
Winchester Australia said his experience would position him to lead its next phase of development. The company thanked Pugh for his service and contribution to its growth.
