This role offers an attractive On Target Earnings (OTE) package of £40,000, which comprises a basic salary of £30,000 plus a commission scheme designed to reward overachievement.
The position, which is both office-based and entails regular travel across the UK, requires a candidate with a strong background in key account management, demonstrating a successful track record and exceptional communication skills. Candidates are expected to be strategic and logical in their approach, with a keen ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. A solution-oriented and positive attitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and a proven history of consultative sales are essential to succeed in this role. Notably, the role excludes cold calling but does involve various forms of communication such as phone, email, and virtual meetings, along with face -to-face interactions during travel.
