EAST OF ENGLAND REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Outfit International UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated and dynamic regional sales manager for the East of England territory. Outfit International UK Ltd, a subsidiary of Outfit International A/S, is Europe’s leading supplier of shooting and stalking clothing, footwear, and equipment, sold under the prestigious brands Seeland and Harkila.

JOB OVERVIEW

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing, award-winning team, representing the Seeland and Harkila brands within the UK. We are in search of an enthusiastic and dynamic salesperson who will serve as a true brand ambassador. The ideal candidate will effectively manage a diverse range of accounts, from family-owned gun shops to large key accounts, all of which require exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account management: Oversee and nurture the existing customer base to drive growth in market share within the territory

• Business development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in regions not yet covered

• Market research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to continually improve our sales approach and product offerings

• Brand representation: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Seeland and Harkila products with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Event participation: Represent Seeland and Harkila at trade shows, open weekends and game fairs to showcase our products and provide retailer support

• Team collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide insights on customer preferences and market demand

LOCATION

The role covers the East of England. Ideally, candidates will reside near the centre of this large area, as the position involves extensive travel and overnight stays during peak selling seasons.

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND

• Experience: Proven experience in area sales management.

• Interest: A passion for field sports and a strong understanding of shooting.

• Skills: Exceptional ability to stand out and deliver high-quality service.

• Requirements: Full driving license and passport, as travel to Outfit International’s headquarters in Denmark will be required.
