Group web editor
DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a group web editor to join the digital team on a full-time, remote basis. The successful candidate will work across seven websites, publishing and optimising content for a specialist readership. The role involves editing, uploading and optimising content, leading SEO strategy using SEMrush, managing editorial workflows in WordPress, monitoring analytics and supporting social media and newsletter activity to drive audience growth. The position also includes reviewing and improving archived content to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Experience using WordPress and Meta platforms

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
Highland Outdoors is seeking an office administrator to support day-to-day operations at its head office in Lutterworth. The role involves managing reception, handling customer and supplier communications, and providing administrative support across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities include processing customer and online orders, managing product listings on Shopify and eBay, liaising with the warehouse team on delivery queries, and assisting with returns and credit notes. The role also supports export and import licence applications, maintains filing systems, organises meetings and events, and provides general administrative support to office and field sales teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Retail Area Manager
DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
BushWear is seeking a retail area manager to oversee its stores in Stirling and Perth, with responsibility for driving sales, improving customer experience and supporting future retail expansion.
The role involves leading store teams, maintaining high retail standards and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include merchandising, stock control, customer service, health and safety compliance, licensing and insurance oversight, and coordinating store-specific product categories such as ammunition. The successful candidate will also implement structured staff training programmes, support recruitment for future stores and work to integrate retail operations with the company’s e-commerce and catalogue business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
