EUROOPTIC PARTNERS WITH BERET TA TO EXPAND CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES RANGE
EuroOptic has announced anew partnership with Beretta that will see the retailer expand beyond firearms into a full range of hunting and shooting clothing and accessories.
Patrick Mocorro, head of clothing and accessories at Beretta, said: “We are pleased to announce our partnership with EuroOptic as we introduce our new clothing and accessories collections. From our innovative Suprema waterfowl gear to our latest Upland products, we believe EuroOptic will play a vital role in assisting us to realise our objective of establishing a comprehensive 360-degree brand experience.”
Josh Richmond, director of marketing at EuroOptic, added: “Working with Beretta allows us to provide a complete solution for our customers, where they can find everything from firearms to the gear that enhances their shooting experience.”
The new Beretta line will be available online and through EuroOptic’s 30,000-square -foot showroom in Muncy, Pennsylvania.
FN BROWNING GROUP COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF MANUFACTURER, SOFISPORT
FN Browning Group has completed its acquisition of Sofisport, a Paris-based global leader in ammunition and component manufacturing. The move consolidates FN Browning Group’s position as one of the world’s leading integrated providers of small arms and ammunition solutions across defence, security and sporting markets.
Julien Compère, chief executive officer of FN Browning Group, said: “The completion of this acquisition marks a major milestone, further reinforcing the long-term sustainability of our industrial and commercial activities. Leveraging our extensive complementarity, we now offer a fully integrated product portfolio while consolidating our industrial footprint across nine NATO and six EU countries.”
Sofisport operates around fifteen facilities in France, Italy, Spain, Canada and the United Kingdom, complementing FN Browning Group’s existing factories in Belgium, the United States, Portugal and Finland. The combined group now employs around 4,100 people worldwide.
